Ljiljana Lukic

(Fluit)

LJILJANA LUKIC is a professional flautist, performing and recording artist and teacher. She studied flute at the Music School “Stanislav Binicki” and “Josip Slavenski” Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade in the class of Prof. Ljubomir Dimitrijevic where she was honored with the Most Outstanding Young Musician award “Orpheus’ Laureate” in 1991 under patronage of “Junesses Musicales” in Belgrade, Yugoslavia. She continued her studies at the Academy of Music in Belgrade in the class of Prof. Tahir Kulenovic majoring in flute performance. In 1993, she moved to the United States where she studied at the Southern California Conservatory of Music in the class of Prof. Toby Caplan-Stonefield where she graduated in the year 2001.

Ms. Lukic has won first prizes at National Competitions for Flautists in Yugoslavia, at CAPMT California State Competition (Collegiate Division) and numerous honorary awards from local and international competitions. As a soloist and a member of various chamber groups and orchestras, she performed in France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, USA and all over former Yugoslavia. Her credits also include many performances, interviews and recordings for Yugoslavian National Radio and Television Stations.

Ms. Lukic is currently the principal flautist of the Valley Symphony Orchestra, works as a flute teacher, freelance performer, and is a member of several chamber groups in Los Angeles.

Cindy Lee Bradley

(Clarinet, Saxophone)

CINDY LEE BRADLEY was born in Japan and raised in the San Fernando Valley. She earned a Bachelor of Music degree from California State University, Northridge. She has played clarinet and flute with the Pasadena Lyric Opera and has performed with various theatre musical shows, including “Swingtime Canteen” with the Fullerton Civic Light Opera, as well as “West Side Story,” “Annie,” “My Fair Lady,” “Gypsy,” “Bye Bye, Birdie,”,, “Fiddler on the Roof,” “Peter Pan” and others.

Cindy is the baritone saxophonist with Geo Valle’s Swing City Big Band, the principal clarinetist with the Valley Symphony, the principal tenor saxophonist with the Los Angeles Pierce Symphonic Winds and bass clarinetist with the New San Fernando Valley Symphony.  She is a member of the Music Teacher’s Association of California and teaches privately and at the Legacy Private Academy in Valencia.
